Gregg Bennett UM3 Electric Guitar Duncan Pickups

True neck. No buzz.

Fret wear is almost non existent.

All pups work along with volume and tone controls.

Guitar seams to have a nice full tone.

Plastic protective cover still on back access compartment cover.

Tone control makes light scratching noise at fully maxed low position.

Needs strings.

Couple of scratches on back of neck. 3 to be exact, that may be fixable.

Personally I like a sanded dull/matt finish neck for less traction but this remains glossy.

I used some 00 Steel wool "lightly" on the neck scuff and didn't want to go to deep.

I can hardly feel the scratches

  See 4th and 5th pic's.

Some buckle rash on back. 2 medium scuffs on front.

I have tried photographing the scratches that may seam less than intended.

Comes with a soft-shell case and a strap. Outer, lower small broken zipper pocket on case.

Has 2 shoulder straps back pack type.

The silhouette body on the ULTRAMATIC™

combined with the arch top, makes for a lightweight guitar that has tremendous performance capabilities.

The arch top under the bridge adds mass and rigidity to the body. This technique insures that string energy is not absorbed into the body, which kills attack and sustain.

The thin silhouette body reduces the weight significantly, making this guitar ideal for the stage performer.

The extended top cutaway horn shifts the weight of the guitar away from the neck, making it incredibly comfortable to play.

The double cutaway is designed so that the neck sits deep in the body on the bass side.

This makes the neck more rigid and less likely to rob energy from the string.
