A stunning Art Deco bust depicting the Madonna, by Giovanni Ronzan.

High quality ceramic with fine modelling and paintwork.  

Ronzan was an artist for Lenci before setting up his own company.

Fully signed to the base and with part of the original label.

Dimensions: approx 9.5"/24cm tall and 6.25"/16cm wide.

 In good vintage condition with some minor damage - some flat chips to her halo which have been filled, a scrape to her fingers, a few tiny fleabites to her sleeve and some nibbles to the base edge at one side. None of which detract from the stunning quality and beauty of this figurine.
