Returns
Product Warranty- For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of a "NEW", unopened item, Car Sound & Vision or the product manufacture will replace a product that has been deemed defective from fault of the manufacture. Products that are not installed by a professional installer will only hold a 6 month warranty. Proof of professional installation will be required to claim the full (1) year warranty. Replacement Product will be warranted for either the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of Installation, whichever occurs first. After the expiration of the warranty period, repairs to the Product are the responsibility of you, the Purchaser.
Defective Product- If you purchased a "Open Box Item" or a "Used Item" and find the item is defective, you will be refunded the full purchase price.(shipping charges are not refunded) or be offered a exchange. We will provide you a Return Shipping Label. Once we receive the item back and have tested it to determine its defective your refund will be processed. If the item proves to not be defective, we will forward you the test results and you will be charged a 20% restock fee. All items must be returned with all the accessories and packaging it came with. Failure to do so will require a deduction in your refund to cover the cost of the missing accessories.
Buyer Remorse- In the case of buyer remorse you may return the item in the same condition that you received it in. Please be sure to return everything that was included to avoid charges for missing items. A 20% restock fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility . Please be sure to have tracking information on the package. Once the item is received and inspected your refund minus any fees will be processed.
