We guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. All purchases must be returned within 5 business days. We will refund your payment within 2-4 business days after receipt of goods. Postage costs incurred will not be refunded.

PAYMENT INFORMATIONS

Payment is due at the end of the auction. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your payment has been processed and your item has been shipped.

SHIPPING AND HANDING

Items are shipped as soon as we receive and process your payment. We try to send the items the same or next day after the payment is received.

Buyer pays Shipping and Handling. The price of delivery depends on the weight (BRUTTO) of the item.

We combine Postage and Packing as long as items close within 7 days of each other. If you are the highest bidder on more than one item, you will receive up to 100% discount on total Postage and Packing cost.
Shipping prices:
up to 250g - 10 USD
250>500g - 12 USD
500>1000g - 18 USD
1kg>2kg - 23 USD
over 2 kg - should be calculated
Additional 50-400g must be added for packing materials and box.

Shipping and Handling costs include the insurance. We will refund full costs if the item is damaged or lost in transit AFTER 30 DAYS.
Items are shipped directly from Ukraine or Slovakia. Usual term of delivery 10-20 days.
