Hello, up for purchase is a whimsical looking pin by Wolcott jewelry.  Wolcott is a very obscure name in costume jewelry, it's my first exposure to this name.  The pin is done in a combination of silver and gold tone costume metal.  It's very detailed, quirky, and pretty.  It measures 1 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 an inch wide.  It is signed on back and it's in beautiful shape with no issues.
