What makes this guitar special: This Dot is great player in a sleek black finish. In great condition for its age, with some player’s modifications to make it a real workhorse. The clearcoat on the back of the neck has been sanded down, so the neck feel is quick and wildly comfortable. It comes professionally setup by Cream City Music, so you know it’ll play great out of the case.

Cosmetic condition: Good overall condition! There are various surface and playwear scratches throughout the body of the instrument as well as some scuffing on the back of the body and the headstock. The clear coat finish has been stripped off the back of the neck, and the bridge pickup has been replaced.

Body: Laminated maple semi-hollow body in black finish with dual f-holes. Tune-O-Matic bridge and black wraparound stopbar tailpiece.

Weight: 7lb, 12oz

Neck: Chunky C-shaped maple neck with white side dots. 1 11/16” nut width, 24 3/4” scale length. Rosewood fingerboard is in excellent shape, and frets show very little wear-tons of life left in them! Headstock features a mother-of-pearl Epiphone logo and black tuners in full working order. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.

Electronics: Alnico classic humbucker in the neck position (8.47K ohms), with replacement GFS humbucker in the bridge position (14.29K ohms). 3-way pickup selector switch and black speed knobs, 2x volume, 2x tone.

Playability/Tone: All the classic feel of a Gibson ES model guitar, in an affordable, great playing package. The chunky maple neck is quick and comfortable due to the finish alteration, and the upgraded humbucker in the bridge position provides an additional range of tonal possibilities.
