Gosho Ningyo Gofun Antique Edo Period Japanese Gimmick Doll Glass Case
He height about 6", width about 5.5". This is the gosho doll made in the Edo period (mid-1800s).
When turn the knob of the back, arms raise and behavior to put on the mask to the face.
Many this type doll is lost mask or broken gimmick .
Some cracks, discoloration and fine chipping due to aging. See photos please.
Glass case is not the original for this doll .
