Dispatch &
Shipping
The item will be dispatched
within one working day of cleared funds. We reserve the
right to decline PayPal payment with unverified account or
unconfirmed address. The shipping charge represent the
actual cost of shipping, packing material, and labour and is
not negotiable.
The shipping cost
is based on mainland UK and any remote areas may incur extra
charges only where we are charged however we are happy to
accommodate to the Islands and use cheaper services where
found. Mainland shipping
is via economy and may take from 3-5 days. For cross border

Payment Terms
We accept PayPal,
cheque, transfer and other methods of payments. If you
prefer another method of payment please get in contact with
us to discuss. Any payment not received will automatically
go onto the not payment system and you may receive a mark
against your account at the discretion of eBay.
Returns &
Refunds
We have a 7 day return policy from date of purchase if you have changed your mind on a buy it now. However if this
is an auction their is no grieve for recourse as I am a private seller. Please note that postage costs both ways will not be reimbursed. The item must be in an unused new condition unopened condition and be insured for damages for
return. Any damaged item please email first for advise and a photo maybe required to resolve more efficiently. If you believe you have purchased
incorrectly and the item has not been dispatched please email immediately and
let us know we are happy to refund straight away upon receiving positive
feedback. If an item has been agreed between both parties to be returned it
should be well packaged as not to cause any damage and be received within 3

Feedback
We aim to give the
best service possible in communicating to you the buyer on
any query. Please allow max 24 hours for all responses
albeit our SLA is alot quicker. We are also keen to
hear if you have any concerns or suggestions so please send
these via eBay contact form or email. Leaving feedback for
sellers is very important and we appreciate your
co-operation in doing so at your earliest convenience. If
you feel you've had a lesser service we would rather try to
resolve this than receive a negative mark. We aim to leave
you feedback soon after payment has been received.
