Sony Xperia C4 in black has been tested and deemed 100% working at time of shipping with no technical issues found.  Cosmetically the phone is in great shape and has very little wear. The screen has no chips or cracks and very little scratches.  The frame does show some wear but no nicks or bangs.  The back does have a little wear as well but no damage.  The device does have a GOOGLE ACTIVATION LOCK and is being sold AS PARTS ONLY and AS IS.
