These are 2 decks of Russian playing cards by Fournier by permission of the Vitoria Museum. Made in Spain. There are 55 cards in each deck. One deck has been unwrapped but doubtful that they were ever used. The other remains in its original plastic wrap. Both decks rest in a divided plastic tray that is covered by the outer sleeve.
The artistry in the face cards is phenomenal. Each King, Queen, Jack and Joker is unbelievably detailed. A royal set of cards.
Cards measure approximately 3 1/2" x 2 1/4".
A beautiful set by any standard.
