This Super Sugar Bowl comes from the Langley Mill Pottery of Lovatt and Lovatt, at around the time of their Takeover by Denby.

The Sugar Bowl features the Superb Sherwood Pattern.

The Bowl has a Mottled Brown Glaze with Horizontal Ribs.


The Bowl is 2 7/8" Tall to the Rim which is 3 7/8" in Diameter.

The Bowl is around 4 3/8" in Diameter at its Widest Point - Near the Base.


The Sherwood Range was introduced in 1970.


The Sugar Bowl is in Very Good Condition.  There are No Chips, Cracks or Crazing and I can't see any Surface Marks from Usage.


All of my pottery is well packed before posting.
