I am very sorry I have to put this disclaimer in since the vast majority of my buyers are honest and reasonable people, but you know the story about a few bad apples!
I must be notified within 7 days of receiving item if you want to return an item for any reason not my fault, these will be handled on a case by case basis and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All original tags must be attached, the item must be clean and in the same condition it was shipped. I will not accept returns if the item has been washed, opened or used. I also will not accept returns if there are any stains or fragrance so please be sure to try on before applying deodorant or fragrance. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Although I do not have an open return policy, if a mistake is made in the order (wrong item, color etc.) I will of course accept returns and cover any related costs. I cannot be responsible if you are not familiar with an item, order the wrong size or the item does not fit.
