All orders placed before 3pm will be processed on the same working day (Mon - Sat). We are also committed to processing all orders within 24 working hours of payment.

DELIVERY

We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for all our items to any Mainland UK Address. This will usually ensure you receive your item within 3-5 working days. Delivery is typically provided by Royal Mail, although other carriers are used. In addition to our standard delivery, we also offer an Express Delivery option for a small additional charge, this will usually ensure item delivery in 1-2 working days.

Other Destinations: For all UK addresses outside of the mainland P&P costs are captured as a flat rate. For international sales we use the eBay Global Shipping Programme and are able to deliver to all countries identified by this service.

Tracking: We aim to provide tracking information 24 hours of processing your order. Sometimes this is not possible as we require this information fro our couriers. If you have any questions regarding you order status please contact us to discuss.

Omissions: We are unable to offer discounts for multiple purchases. We are unable to offer local collection.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% SATISFIED with your purchase, you can return the product and get a FULL REFUND within the first 30 days of purchase.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Note: It is the buyers is responsible to cover costs of the return shipping.

PAYMENTS

Payment can only be made by PayPal via eBay. We cannot take orders or payment over the phone and to ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address.

Payment for 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately.

Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email.

Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate. If your item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal before placing your order. If your order has already been placed, please contact our customer service team who will refund the order. You may then update the address details in PayPal and replace your order.

Payments via Unconfirmed addresses within Paypal may delay the process of the order and will involve further security checks. Please ensure your address is confirmed to ensure quick dispatch of your orders.
