Where FREE delivery is available item will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class (3 to 5 day) delivery. On many items we also offer 1st class (1 to 2 day) recorded and next day guaranteed special delivery service (when order placed before 4pm its shipped the same day). Please select the service you require at checkout. Collection is possible for some items so please ask before commiting to purchase if its available to collect in store
Return Policy
Understandably cards & gift items are generally considered non-refundable due to nature of the product. We will replace damaged or faulty items (once they have been returned to us) free of charge if in stock otherwise refunded upon return of product within 14 days. Buyer pays for return and a postage charge will be deducted for non-faulty returned item(s)
