Daher keine Warenrückgabe oder Umtausch.  Bei der Artikelauslieferung befindet sich die Ware im Zustand eines Gebrauchtartikels entsprechend mit normalen Gebrauchspuren. Wenn nichts anderes vereinbart, muss der Käufer innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach der Auktion die Kaufabwicklung auf der Ebayplattform abschließen. Die Zahlung soll, wenn nichts anderes vereinbart wurde, bis spätestens 7 Tage nach der Auktion erfolgen.
