Your item(s) will be package in a discrete plain envelope or mail bag, for your privacy.

Proof of postage: - We receive certificate of proof of postage for all item(s) dispatched via Royal mail for non recorded delivery.

Scanned copy of proof of postage can be provided to the buyer on request. Recorded delivery is provided with tracking number.

Orders to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and all European countries delivery charges will vary.

Our system will automatically be calculated at the time of your order.

All item(s) are inspected by us before postage to insure completely satisfied with item(s).

unclegshop will not be held reasonable for any damage item(s) inflicted by Royal mail.

Missing item(s): - Claims for missing item(s) cannot be made until the following conductions are met.

Inland UK - Deliveries including Northern Ireland, Isle of man and the Channel Islands. Royal mail allow up to 15 working days for item(s) to arrive.

No claim cannot be accepted for loss unless 15 working days have past since the item(s) was due to be delivered.

Europe - All deliveries to Europe.

No claim cannot be accepted for loss unless 20 working days have past since the item(s) was due to be delivered.

Rest of the world - All deliveries to the rest of the world.

No claim cannot be accepted for loss unless 25 working days have past since the item(s) was due to be delivered.

We will issue a replacement after this time, Depending on available stock.

If a replacement is not available, An alternative will be offered or a refund will be issued.

Return policy: If in the unlikely event your not completely satisfied with your item(s) due to damage item 

All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt. After 7 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Items may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, sellable condition with all tags and packaging intact, subject to the discretion of unclegshop. All returns will be refunded less the shipping cost. All exchanges will incur a return shipping fee.

Item not received: In the rare instance that your item isn't delivered as quickly as you would expect or has not arrived after 10 working days, in the first instance, please send a confirmation email, via eBay, confirming that the item has not been delivered, upon receipt of which we can investigate further with Royal Mail as all proof of postage receipts are kept for 3 months.
