A very nice  cup  engraving down one side see picture

with a small pattern around the rim

Russian hammer and sickle  916 also stamped "1TJ"

  Height 50mm top rim 35 mm tapering down to 28 mm weight is 28 grams

The Cup is great condition no dents just  needs cleaning
