When will my order ship?        

Most orders ship within 1 working day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. This is very rare but we will notify you with a message.             

Are you getting more stock in?        

Some items in our shop sell out quickly, however we regularly update our shop, so it’s worthwhile checking again. In the meantime, if you would like to find out whether a particular product is coming back in stock, please message us.        

I haven't received my item?        

Please contact us after 10 days of our dispatch date, as we need to allow 11 working days for Royal mail to start their investigation. Once we have filed the case with them we will surely resolve the case on your favor.

I want to exchange my item

We are happy to do exchange if you are not happy with the product. Just message us for the return address and follow the instructions given for further process.       

I want to return my item for refund

You can return the unwanted item to us for a refund. Please message us for instructions for further process.

Refunds are eligible until 30 days of receipt of your order.;

The item has to be in unworn condition in its original packaging

The return will be at the buyers’ expense.

If the item was sent via free delivery the standard postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

How long does it take to process my refund?
