Originally I thought that this was running fine, however it was on a slightly sloped surface,

when putting on a flat surface it runs for a short period then stops,

possibly this is the bushes that require replacing?

This has a beautiful Chime, very well made, raised letters to face.

Face does show its age with some wear but then it is very early.
