We provide FREE shipping on this item to your home. Each item is safely boxed and packaged to protect your purchase from damage. Our stocked items should arrive within two weeks. If there is any delay, you should be notified as soon as possible. Most items will ship via UPS, unless a change is agreed upon and paid for by the buyer. 

100% satisfaction is guaranteed on all of your purchases with EGA. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you must notify us within the 14 day period and explain. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Some items may require a restocking fee of 15%. In the state of NJ, we collect 7% tax. The buyer may arrange the return shipment or notify us to help make arrangements on your behalf. Any remaining return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. If there is any damage to your item when it arrives, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will always work with you to replace a new item as quickly as possible.
