ESP LTD EC-404 bass, it has upgraded EMG active pickups and EMG active EQ system installed professionally. It also comes with Schaller strap buttons and locks. This bass was previously owned by former ESP endorse Johny Chow back when he was playing bass in Soulfly. This bass is a metal monster!

The reason I'm selling it is because I also own an ESP Vintage 4 in the 3 tone burst that he used on stage as well, and I like the passive pickups in that one.

Note, Johny likes big fret markers on the side of the neck, and usually uses a marker to color over the tiny dots, show in the photos above. I'm not sure if its permanent or not, but I always thought it was cool so I haven't tried to remove it. Please note, for some reason my camera phone added a red tint to the photos, the bass does not have a red hue at all.
