Lovely black with gold spots velvet silk mix look and feel dress, with a lovely V neckline with nice gathered details. Short sleeved with covers button on each, lovely flowing skirt of the dress with lovely darts pleats. 

The gold spots shimmer when you walk they are very gentle look but so so elegant.

This is velvet and right on trend for 2016
