Black long drape cardigan with a beige t-shirt insert. The sleeves are 3/4 and are gathered up with a button fastening (this does not unfasten). The t-shirt insert is not removeable. it has a swirl/floral print in beige and black. The cardigan is in jersey type fabric and is ruched down the back. 

The bust measures 40 inches and the length is 36 inches from the back of the neck so it reaches almost to the top of the knees. 

Excellent condition as only worn once however the fabric care label has been removed from the side seam so the exact size and fabric is not known.
