These are in perfect shape and clamp to the existing roof mounted bars to haul your canoe or perhaps other large items.  I'm sure these will fit other Subies as well but I can't quote exact applications other than my 2005 Outback.........I estimate $50 shipping to most locations......If it costs less than that I will refund the difference to you.......If it costs more, because these are 4 feet  long I will need more.  I can not give you an exact quote.
