The items I sell are usually pre-owned or vintage. I do my best to describe any flaws, but keep in mind they are used and not in new condition unless specified. If there is ever a problem with your shipment, please notify me as soon as possible and give me the opportunity to correct it. I will do my best to make you happy with your purchase. Payment: I accept PayPal. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. A nonpaying bidder reminder is opened if you have not paid within three days. Let me know if you have special circumstances.
Feedback: When you post positive feedback on eBay, it lets me know you received your order and are pleased with what you purchased. I will post positive feedback for you as well.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Multiple Purchases: I am happy to combine purchases for shipping savings when appropriate. Use the shopping cart for making multiple purchases and the adjusted shipping will be calculated on check out.
Packing and Shipping: I pack with care and use quality shipping materials to ensure safe arrival. I ship next business day after receipt of payment. This means Monday-Friday. Please do not make special packing requests unless you are willing to pay any additional associated costs. My method of packing is very secure. I want you to receive your items in good shape as much as you do.
Shipping Options: I offer multiple shipping options for items with calculated shipping with varying costs and types of insurance. You select the one you prefer.
Economy Shipping: Note that if you select economy shipping, like FedEx SmartPost or USPS Parcel Select, it may be up to 2 weeks before you receive your item even though I honor my next day shipping promise. If you want it faster, opt for Priority Mail or FedEx home delivery. Economy shipping also has limited insurance coverage. If you want carrier insurance coverage end to end, select Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery.
PO Boxes: If you have a PO Box or can’t receive US postal mail at your house address, you cannot use FedEx Smart Post economy shipping. You are responsible for any difference in shipping costs if you select SmartPost but cannot use it. Choose an alternate shipping method before purchasing or I will have to request the additional shipping costs prior to shipping.
Shipping outside of the lower 48 states: You will need to select Priority Mail for items with calculated shipping. This includes US Protectorates, AFO/APO, Alaska, & Hawaii.
International bidders use the Global Shipping Program. I do not ship directly to international addresses, so be sure you are aware of how this program works before bidding. They handle the international leg of shipping, including any import fees.
