Handmade Victorian Mixed Tape Lace Collar/Shawl

Colour is ecru with black inserts.  Good condition, does have some loose stitches at collar.

Couple place of black inserts need to be restitched down.

Measures 50 inches total length. The width varies from 8" to 12 3/4" depth.
