Payments
Notification of payment or actual payment must be received
within three days of winning the auction. Failure to communicate Will result in
a dispute through Ebay. Your winning bid is a
contract to buy.
Any non-paying bidders/winners will be reported to Ebay & a 20% penalty (from the value of the item) will be requested to allow our listing & Final Value fees to be recovered, if the auction ends up in a dispute status for non-payment. After the dispute process is initiated, the 20% penalty (which will AT MINIMUM be the sum of listing fees, Ebay fees, and Paypal fees we have incurred) must be paid. This payment must be made via Paypal through responding to a Paypal payment request that you will receive, to prevent receiving a non-bidders strike on your account.

All items are inspected for functionality and are accurately described and photographs of the item (with serial numbers) are taken prior to shipment. As such, no refunds will be made. You will receive the exact item described, in the condition described (as our feedback indicates). We pride ourselves in selling quality products, providing accurate descriptions, and being HONEST. If a mistake is made it is not intentional.
Please research the item (online & otherwise). If you ask to cancel a transaction after buying & paying, and before shipping, we will charge at 10% fee, to account for our time in preparing the shipment and shipping materials.
If we authorize a return, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs paid to sent the item to you will not be refunded. If an item as Free or Reduced Shipping, and you return an item, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
Any functional issues with items sold NEW or NEW OTHER, will have these issues addressed through the manufacturer. We will help facilitate resolving these issues, but all resolutions will be handled through the appropriate manufacturer. By buying this item, you AGREE to give us the opportunity to help resolve any functional issues with the manufacturer.
We are engaging in a
business transaction where we both should be satisfied. It is our
Mutual responsibility to communicate well during and after auction, and be HONEST. It
is Your responsibility to read the auction details in Full. Your bid is
a testament that you have read and accepted all terms and conditions of
the auction. It is not our responsibility if you fail to communicate before bidding/winning an auction.
To ship your order, we may take up to 3 business days Shipping/Handling to ship the item and we will use the carrier of our choice. After shipment, transit times typically vary between 5-10 business days (usually 5 days or less) depending upon the distance from the shipping point. - Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii orders will incur additional shipping charges.
We can ship to any street address within the continental United States (Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii will incur additional shipping costs (email before hand). We cannot ship to APO, FPO or PO BOX addresses.
We cannot combine Shipping and Handling from multiple auctions or multiple items in the same auction - each item is invoiced separately, unless otherwise agreed upon before bidding on the auction. No local pick-ups unless the auction specifically states so.
Refusal of delivery will Not refund shipping charges AND delivery refusals (including not picking up an item when a pick-up notice is left by the delivery company) will incur a 20% fee (from purchase price not including S/H) prior to issuance of refunds.

Please NOTE: Insurance is included in the shipping and handling of our auctions, so please FACTOR THIS IN when comparing our auction prices to other auctions!
