Here is an amazing example of a vintage Bassman Amp. We have had several Bassman amps here, and this one is by far the best sounding we've heard. It has such a minimum of the hum that all Bassman owners have been accustomed to. Great volume, clear fantastic sound.

The serial number on this amp puts it right smack at 1970. This amp is a classic and you may be familiar with it already. This is the AB165 piggyback model with the metal clips that will assist in attaching the head to a cabinet. This comes stocked with Winged C power tubes and other vintage (believe RCA) preamp tubes!!  Plenty of life. The Bassman Amp (not the Bassman 10, or Bassman 50, or Bassman 100) is the most desirable of all the models. It was first built for Bass, but quickly started being used for Electric Guitar and sounds phenomenal (for both!). Also many folks (including ourselves) use it for Wurlitzer electronic keyboards and Fender Rhodes. The bassman one of the most versatile tube amplifiers we know. It just sounds awesome!  The amp is 50 watts Two Channels Volume Treble Bass Bright switch, Deep switch This listing does not include a speaker cabinet.
