There is no need for a flue & it comes with built in overheat protection. 

It is fan assisted & the flame effect works independently of the 2 heat settings (950w/1850w).

 It can be positioned anywhere you have power for a focal point in the room.

All orders will dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday, After we have confirmed payment. Orders placed before 10am will be dispatched the same day if possible.

Delivery times given to us by our couriers are 1-3 days but please understand courier delays can occur so please allow a few extra days before delivery before emailing us.		 Once your order has been placed we accept payment through paypal or credit/debit card which can be made at the checkout on ebay.

Please complete the checkout within 7 working days, payment by cheque or postal order can be accepted if contacted prior to ordering.
 
Return Policy Feedback
For items that have been received damaged all packaging must be kept as evidence and a photograph or return of the item may be required. If your item becomes faulty the item must be returned to us for a replacement or refund within the warranty period stated in the listing, any postage costs incurred will not be refunded. Any unwanted orders must be returned within 14 days and must be in there original new condition, a postage cost will be deducted from the listing price.
