EBC O.E. Standard Front Brake Discs

EBC manufacture the vast majority of their automotive brake discs in the UK and Europe. Outside of these sources, where castings or finished discs have to be bought in to complement the range, the strictest quality controls are applied to ensure the safety and quality of the parts they sell.

EBC source high quality parts from well-known and proven OEM manufacturer suppliers. All suppliers of castings for the EBC group are ISO approved to the highest specification and have been visited and approved by the German TUV authorities.

EBC adds value to their products by implementing the strictest quality controls and specifications and a 100% run out and dimensional check, including element analysis, surface finish and hardness tests on every batch and runout inspection.

EBC Standard O.E Brake Discs

EBC Standard O.E Brake Discs are a quality alternative to a cheap replacement, standard O.E specification discs. EBC is proud to be one of the only companies selling a quality British manufactured brake disc programme. The high quality grey iron in their standard disc range includes copper to increase thermal conductivity and wear properties. EBC Automotive brake discs are made from G3000 specification cast iron and are superior in quality and performance to other standard discs.

All EBC standard discs are cast to a material strength of 150 N/m2 with a tightly controlled surface hardness variation less than 20 HB and are precision CNC machined to a surface tolerance of less than 0.05mm. Top quality British engineering!

Yellowstuff Brake Pads
