COMBINED SHIPPING

We will be glad to combine shipping. If you are interested in two or more items please click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your cart. When you are finished shopping, you can pay for all of your items at one time.

HANDLING TIME

We always ship the same day or next business day after receiving payment, but the Postal Service is not quite as fast as we are. If you need your package in a hurry, we suggest that you choose Priority or Express Mail for your shipping method rather that Parcel Select.

ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES, & APO SHIPPING

We recommend to all customers in Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO military addresses to choose Priority or Express Mail as your shipping method. According to our local Post Office it can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive by Parcel Select.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you are an INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER including Canada, we ship by the eBay Global shipping program if it is available in your country. If not, we only ship by Priority International or Express International Mail so that we can track and insure your package. This is for your protection as well as ours.

International customers are Responsible for ALL applicable customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

We also WILL NOT devalue any International purchase or mark it as a gift. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Please do not ask. This is illegal in our country as well as yours.

RETURN POLICY

We MUST be contacted before any return. We do not do exchanges, only refunds. We MUST receive the item back within 30 days from the day that you received the item. Item must be in the same condition as when received, New, Never Worn, and With Tags Attached or in Original Manufacturer Box, if tags or box are mentioned in listing. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs including Tracking. Buyer MUST email us the tracking number when the item has been shipped so that we will know when to expect the item. When we receive the returned item in the same condition as when shipped to you, a refund for the amount of the item only will be sent to you through Paypal. Item MUST be free of smoke, perfumes, and/or pet odors. If any of these odors are present when returned to us, a refund will Not be given and the item will not be sent back unless you pay for the return shipping costs back to you.
