If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re -sale. There must be a copy of your invoice and a letter requesting a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your letter.

If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.

We do advise you to send your parcel back to us using a tracking service i.e 1^st Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel. Please always check that the parcel has been delivered to us through the online track and trace service provided by the postal service, before you ring customer services as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us.
