We are creative type techies who test most of the items we sell. We use eco-friendly packaging and re-use shipping boxes and packing materials whenever possible. We care about the Environment. By refurbishing older equipment and reusing technology, we can help reduce the amount of natural resources used to manufacture new products and also help reduce the amount of harmful pollutants produced by e-waste processes. When equipment can no longer be refurbished, we make sure that this equipment is safely recycled. A portion of the sale of each item goes toward non-profit organizations who help others who are in need of food, shelter, and clothing. TBR Trade also buys new, used audio & video equipment. Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Shipping Information
All items we ship within 24 hours after payment is received, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on federal Holidays.
We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as insurance. Shipping costs are predetermined in the eBay listing. We can only ship to street addresses and PO Boxes (no APO's). We are only authorized to ship to addresses confirmed on the buyer's PayPal account or the address specified with the buyer's credit card company.
