On offer here is a stunning original early to mid 70's vintage "floaty" nylon nightie that was superbly made in Banbury, England by the high quality maker of the period Cannay out of a soft 100% nylon chiffon outer fabric that is pink in colour, with soft satin type under lining below, just as the pictures show it.

It does not state a sizing, but it measures & fits like a ladies current UK 10 - 12 sizing & as a guide, fitting a 32" - 36" or 81cm - 92cm bust extremely well, depending on your own personal fitting preferences & what you wish to wear beneath it, measuring 19" or 48cm from armpit to armpit & 50" or 127cm from the top of the shoulder to the lower hem long.

 It has a classic 70's a-line style with a "ruffle" trim detail to the neck & shoulder straps & has loose fitting skirt detail from the bust section, just as it shown in the pictures.

The nightie is in a superb "near mint" condition for it's 45+ years of age, that appears to have had very little previous wear at all.

It has such a lovely "floaty" style & retro look & is probably one of the best examples that I have found in many years, that has no repairs or marks, looking virtually as good as the day that it was made that has just been freshly laundered so that it is ready for you to wear upon receipt.

It is such an absolute bargain at the realistic asking price of just £34.99 with free UK postage too, for such a fantastic original 70's vintage clothing item, that is becoming so difficult to find now, in any decent wearable condition.
