This very collectable Penguin is in very nice undamaged condition with only minor signs of use & reassuring age related movement marks on & around the edge of the base.
These Birds were made in various colours & sizes by/for various makers/companies including Seguso AV,Gralglas & Oggetti although the original design is often attributed to Livio Seguso.
I'm quite confident that this example is a Seguso VDA piece,however buyers should study the photos & come to your own conclusions...maybe even check out the "Murano Zoo" website,either way it will make a great addition to any Murano Zoo or Venetian Glass Animal collection.
It stands approx 4.25"(10.7cms) tall by approx 3.25"(8.4cms) diameter at its widest.
This is a heavy piece weighing just over a Kilo at approx 1002grams or 2lb 3.3ozs!

I always try to use good quality recycled packing materials when appropriate in order to keep the postage costs for the buyer down to a minimum,although for some larger items I now sadly find that I have no choice but to charge a small amount of on average 60p to help cover the cost of eBay's new 10% final value fee on postage costs and to help with the cost of packing materials etc,ie - parcel & fragile tapes,labels,packing peanuts,printing ink,petrol,parking fees,etc.
I always try to notify the buyer when the item has been dispatched & ALWAYS combine postage costs when sensible & cost effective for the buyer.
I will NOT send to a PO Box and will ONLY post to the buyer's confirmed address in accordance with eBay/Paypal rules.
RETURNS. I WILL accept returns,but only if my description proves to be inaccurate & I am notified within 14 days. I can't accept returns on the basis that the buyer changes his/her mind,has buyer's remorse,or if the buyer decides that the item is now the wrong size or colour. I will only refund the purchase price & the item must be returned in the same condition as sent & at the buyers expense by a tracked & recorded postal service (e.g. Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Recorded).
