For large items that require Freight shipping a valid phone number is required to call and schedule your delivery

         All credit/Debit card payments are processed through Paypal

    New York buyers must pay sales tax 8.87%

 Return/Exchange

If in anyway you are not satisfied with your item, you may return the item within 14 days after receiving.  Refund will be given as money back less shipping cost.  On return of "FREE SHIPPING" items, there is a $10 charge.  100% REFUND when item is NOT as we describe.  We will refund your money within 2 days after we have received the item.  All returns must be in original condition

Import taxes, duties, are not included in the item price or shipping cost.   These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check you’re your country’s custom office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to purchasing item.  Your local customs office will be able to calculate these charges for you.  Tracking is not always available unless you upgrade to Express Mail International shipping (EMS).  Occasionally delays may occur through customs security that can take up to 4 weeks for an item to arrive.  Typically items arrive much sooner but please understand it is out of our control and your patience is greatly appreciated.
