Please disregard shipping options outlined below. Please send an email with your full address to request an accurate shipping and handling quote to your area. An appropriate courier company will be chosen to minimize costs of shipping & handling for each package. Canada post, UPS or FedEx will be used. Freight shipping companies will be used for large skid shipments. Packages are shipped weekly on Thursdays, provided the article has been paid for before Wednesday 12:00PM. If the item is paid for after Wednesday 12:00PM, it may not be shipped until the following Thursday. Please express concern if your item is time sensitive and we will do our best to meet your needs. Infrequently, packages may require up to 5 business days for packing and handling.
If a purchase agreement is made and then broken (by you the buyer), a 25$ re-listing fee may apply.

Return Policy
Our goal is to have customers who are completely satisfied with their
purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering
great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be
happy to help you to return your purchase.
How to return orders
When you receive your package, we ask that you
examine it closely prior to opening. If you are not satisfied with your order,
you may exchange (if replacement is available) or return your product. You have
14 days after receipt of the shipment to place a claim. Please contact us
at 613-726-3699 x106 to request your Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is
issued to you.
IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.
