This phone can only be activated online, or with existing service. T-Mobile will refuse activation because this phone is very old. Please use the sim card included, or these services: TMobile, Ultra, Simple Mobile. Might take up to 48 Hours to activate the phone. You can bypass the activation screen by pressing Left Menu button and the key L at the same time. Without the sidekick T-Mobile plan, text message sound may not work. You will still receive the message but no sound may play. Internet is not possible, so this phone is only compatible with the talk and text plan with the networks listed above.
