♥ DESCRIPTION: A stunning vintage, scarlet red, sumptuous velvet, military style riding jacket with bold & distinctive styling ~ featuring a small nehru style collar ~ small concealed hook & eye fastenings running all the way down the front ~ on either side of the front are 5 rows of pointed matching red velvet raised tabs with domed tarnished gold metal button detailing ~ buttoned down epaulettes to shoulders ~ & full length sleeves with seaming & a row of four small metal gold domed buttons at the cuff. ~ The back of this jacket is beautifully tailored with seaming which draws in the waist creating a very sexy & flattering silhouette with a row of seaming running around the bottom of the jacket which rises up to the centre creating a slight flare and an almost peplum style hem. ~
This jacket is just SO STUNNING ~ the military / equestrian styling with the nehru collar, gold domed buttoning & epaulettes is just gorgeous ~ & the red velvet just adds that extra touch of WOW and creates quite an oriental feel, like a samurai soldier or a geisha beauty!!!
Looks fabulous worn with everything ~ from jeans and a t ~ to haute couture ~ loving this jacket!!!

Cotton & possibly Viscose mix, creating a very beautiful & soft, sumptuous, smooth pile luxury velvet ~ fully lined in silky red polyester. Buttons made from a heavy metal, lovely quality buttons.
Please note the jacket does up with hooks and eyes to front ~ Military jackets often do up this way, in our experience, and can often be a bit fiddly. Can be worn open or closed, looks amazing either way. Can be worn very fitted ~ or loose, again either way is gorgeous!!!
