Our 35,000sq foot warehouse (which as you can imagine is a pretty fun place) in sunny Manchester is also home to over 100 members of the Delights family, who are dedicated to ensuring your time in our eBay store is as easy and fun as the party you're buying for!
Who are we?
Party Delights Ltd was founded by Allison Graham in 2001. The Eureka moment was born out of frustration, as Allison was trying to source Spiderman themed party ware for her son's birthday and just couldn't find a complete range of accessories anywhere. Even the party departments and areas in major toy retailers were sporadic and random.
Allison's mission was to ensure children were able to have enjoyable birthday parties at home, with themes to suit their interests. Today, Party Delights has grown to offer its customers everything they could possibly need for any party or celebration, from confectionery and balloons to fancy dress and tableware!
We only accept payment via PayPal, as soon as the funds have cleared your order will be processed.
Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days and is £3.95
Express UK delivery is a 48 hour service and is £5.95
Next day UK delivery is £7.95
Please note express and 48 hour service times are based on orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday.
We offer combined postage on all orders with two or more items in the basket.
Click and Collect is also available on a wide range of our items.
If you wish to return or exchange any products, you can, as long as we receive them back to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery in a resalable condition.
We're sorry but we don't accept returns on confectionery, helium canisters, pre-filled party bags, hosiery or wigs.
Please note that we won't cover the cost of returning products unless they are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for resale, we won't process the refund and we'll return it to you.
