    Faulty returns within the 14-day period will qualify for a full refund, inclusive of original postage costs and the cost of return. Items must be returned in original packaging complete with all accesories

    Non-Faulty returns within this period will be returned at the expense of the buyer. Where a refund is sought, the full price of the item will be refunded, however original postage costs will not.
