Elegant stem vase with a turquoise core dipped in Blue encased in the most radiant yellow that GLOWS under UV (even during the day) It is in perfect condition and still has the label from "Casa del regalo bortoli" venezia (which translated means bortoli's House of gifts Venice) where it was originally sold
