Most of our items come from storage units, estate sales, garage sales etc. We do not know the environment from which the items came, but our home is non-smoking and animal free. We DO NOT clean, fix or repair any items, we leave that to the buyer so that we do not ruin the items integrity. We do check all board games to ensure that they are complete, if incomplete we will state what is missing. **SHIPPING & HANDLING**
Our handling time is 1 business day, and we ship Monday-Friday... We carefully package all items and make sure they make it to you with no issues so the shipping cost may be a little higher because of the extra packing materials we use to make sure your purchase makes it there in one piece. If you are in need of a item by a certain date or asap please contact us first before buying to make sure that we can get it out to you in time. We do international shipping and we use the ebay global shipping program to do this. Bascially this mean we ship your item to a ebay shipping hub and once it gets there they repackage it and ship it to you. Once it is received by the ebay shipping hub we are not responsible for the shipping of the item ebay is then responsible for anything that happens during shipping. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address updated on ebay because that is the address we will ship to. If you need your item shipped to a different address please contact us at the time of purchase. If you would like to purchase multiple items at once please contact us before you buy if you would like to try and combine shipping.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON ALMOST ALL ITEMS WITH IN OUR 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. From time to time we will list an item that we will not accept returns on so make sure you read the listing carefully! If the item is new, factory sealed, or with tags it must be returned the same way to receive a refund. Please contact us with a message if you have any issues and we can go from there. Most of the time we will ask that you ship the item back to us with you as the buyer paying the return shipping. All of our items have a small black light stamp on them for our own protection. So when you send an item back for us for a return we will check to make sure our black light stamp is there if it is not we cannot refund your money. Also any items with serial numbers like electronics we will check to make sure it matches our records. We do this for our protection and also to help out buyers who are trying to honestly return something and weed out the few scam artists that are on ebay. Please make sure you want the item your buying because if you are returning an item just to return it or if you just dont want it or your having buyers remorse we can not return your original shipping but we will return the cost of the item.
