TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs on these additional costs prior to bidding. These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight company or when you pick up the item. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

If buyer has issues of its authenticity after receiving the item, please provide proof of authentication My Poupette, Carol Ives or any other recognised party accepted by ebay and Paypal. I will not entertain personal opinions or opinion of sales staff (in fact, many brands have issued a directive that sales staff are not to authenticate unless an item is sent in for repair).
* Returns. If item is returned for reasons as agreed between seller and buyer, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back with tracking number within 14 calendar days from receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once item is received and inspected to be in the original condition as it was sent out, the full amount less original shipping cost will be refunded.
