Brand new metallic gold foil wedding bags for summer 2017...never seen before and not available anywhere else!!!
These bags feature your chosen guests name & role printed onto the front.

These bags include a shiney gold foil print directly onto the surface of the bag. We do not use cheap tacky stickers as seen elsewhere, all our bags include real print making them even more special and a true keepsake of a very special day.
Foil printing on bags is a complex process. Normally this is a print process done in a factory for mass printed bags but we are now proud to offer this print for any number of bags ordered from 1 or more. Due to the nature of the print, on ocassions there may be the odd small area/areas where the foil has not bonded perfectly to the surface of the bag but these are hardly noticable and cannot be helped. We only send out bags that look presentable and will not send out bags that have very visible or noticable defects.

*If you do not see the chosen role for a specific bag, please purchase the bag stating 'Your own bag design' & we will make a bag up for you.
***Please note that due to supply & demand for bags we have to switch between 2 styles depending on what our supplier has in stock at a particular time when we are ordering. One bag is a completely flat white smooth paper bag and the second is a flat light ribbed style which has very light lines that run down parallel all around the surface of bag. Both are excellent quality. The plain flat style is a brighter white as shown pictures. The ribbed style can be seen in the last gallery image. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have a preference for a particular bag and we can advise what we are currently using at any given time***

When sending personalisation, please send a message via ebay messages which is our preferred option. Alternatively you can add a note within the payment section when reaching the checkout page but we do not see these messages attached to an order until we come to print bags so please do not ask questions in the notes section as we cannot respond promtly.
*If personalised guests names are NOT required on some or all bags please mention this in your message and we can leave these details off bags.
*It is important to send personalised details as outlined above after purchasing, preferably within 24 hours or sooner. Ebays estimated delivery time is based on receiving an order with a message included. We cannot send bags out within Ebay's estimated time frame if details arrive at a later date or customers forget to include them.
*Please note that in most cases we will not contact you back once personalised details have been received. If you do NOT receive a message you should assume your order has been received and bags are due for print within Ebays estimated time frame. In the event we have not received print details we shall contact customers after a few days.
HOW TO RECEIVE A COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNT ON MULTIPLE ORDERS
If you are purchasing more than 1 bag and your order includes various roles please follow either instruction below.
Instruction 1:
If you require multiple bags which can be 2 or more this is the quickest method of ordering. Let's assume a customer wants 7 bags with varied roles. These might include 1 x Best Man, 3 x Bridesmaids, 1 x Mother of the Bride, 1 x Mother of the Groom, 1 x Father of the Bride. Put 7 in the quantity box from any one bag in the drop down menu priced £1.99. So for example 7 x Best Man or 7 x Bridesmaid's bags (It does not matter which bag you select in the list as this is only to receive the postage discount). Once you have paid then either send through a message via Ebay messages or add a note within your order and clearly list the bags you require with the personalised name next to each. If a name is not required or you wish to use Mum/Dad on parent bags please just mention this next to the bag. If there are roles you require that are NOT in the drop down menu please include these in your list as we can print any roles onto bags in the same style.
Instruction 2 (Add to Basket):
This is a slightly longer method of ordering but can work out a little cheaper. Only order this way if the actual bags you require are listed in the drop down menu. Select each of your bags individually and place them into your basket. Once you place the first bag into basket it will give you the option to continue shopping in which case you can proceed to order the next bag the same way. Once you have placed your final bag into the basket there is an option to 'request invoice from seller', whereby we will then manually adjust the postage price of the final order.
If you do not follow the instructions above and proceed to purchase your bags a different way you will not receive the postage discount and we CANNOT refund you after payment. This is not to keep or make money on postage but it is very awkward to refund once the payment goes through and this can jepardise a sellers ebay account in some circumstances especially if too many refunds have to be made within a certain period.

Please do not order if you require bags within 7-10 days of a wedding as we cannot always guarantee arrival.
We often print far quicker than expected but do have busy periods so place bags into a print queue in the order of purchase. Normal print & arrival time is upto 7-10 working days so please allow for this when ordering and give adequate time. Your bags may often arrive far quicker, but if bags are urgent please contact us before purchasing via ebay messages first. Ebay estimated delivery times are not accurate for personalised items so do not take notice of the time stated when you purchase.
Why happens if i require bags really urgently?
We urge customers NOT to order any bags if needed quickly...you must contact us via ebay messages and ask. Do NOT purchase then write a message in the order to say you require bags urgently as we DO NOT see messages in orders until the day we come to print bags. Ebay messages are normally seen within 24 hours and can be replied to quicker, so if bags are required urgently please ask us before ordering and we will advise if we can send bags out before our recommended print/dispatch time.
Upon sending your message with personalised names, we will only contact you if there is an error or mistake with the personalised wording you have sent, or if no personalised message has been received. Please make sure you check ebay messages as on many ocassions we contact customers through ebay messages regarding customers forgetting to leave personalised names & we often do not get a response for some time and this can delay printing bags especially if bags are required for a certain date. If we do not receive a reply through ebay messages you will be contact through the email account you have registered on ebay. If there is no response through either, after 10 days we will normally refund due to no communication.
