This media player is designed for those TVS without USB port,you need to plug your own's external hard disk/pen driver/SD card and it can play most the files in it , you can check the formate of your files in our listing picture showed and see if it's compatible.


Q1?Can not read the external 2TB Hard Disk


A?It can support the formate of the hard disk :FAT/FAT 32 /NTFS/EXFAT.You can try with another Pen drivers to see if it can read in advance.

B?You can try to format your hard drive to FAT/FAT 32 /NTFS/EXFAT.(Some customer reflect that it needs to be reformatted into with no preloaded software and it can work)
C:If your hard disk is 2TB, you can try to divided it into 1TB and 1TB.

D:It maybe due to the hard disk has not power enough and If your hard disk is charged by USB cable, you can buy a USB 3Y cable and it can be charged and used at the same time.

E:Try with another TV (some TVs do not support big hard disk)

F:Some customer reflect that it can Not read the brand hard disk :Intenso/Seagate Expansion
G:Some brand can be read:Western Digital hard drives/2tb WD Passport Ultra

Q2 Showed nothing on screen

A: Power adapter /AV or HDMI cable is plugged correctly(if the light is on ,it means the power adapter is in good condition)

B:Reboot the media player and try again

C:Try with another hard disk/pen drivers

D:If Connect with AV cable--Set TV source(output) as TV/PAL/NTSC(according to the type of TV)--Press AV button on remote control
If Connect with HDMI cable--Set TV source(output) as HDMI--press HDMI button on remote control


Q3 Can not play the files


A:Pls make sure the files is compatible in advance ,you can refer to the details in our listing picture showed

B:Reboot the media player and try again
