1. Please contact us only through Ebay's "My Messages."Do not send an email because we do not check that.

2. Preowned means used. Please do not expect your shoes to be in store bought condition if it states "preowned" unless we specify "like new" or "mint." Used (Preowned) does not mean trashed or beat but it does not mean new. We try very hard to find good quality used shoes. We want you to be happy with the shoes you buy from us.

3. We do not clean all of the shoes before we sell them. We do clean some shoes but in general we do not clean them. In some cases there will be surface dirt and dirt on the soles that you might need to wipe off. Used does not mean immaculate. (This does not mean the shoes are worn out. It just means they probably have some dirt on them from normal use.)

4. International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.”
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
