This lovely oil painting measures about 21 inches by about 17 inches in a painted white with gold accent wood frame, and about 16 inches by about 12 inches unframed.  It has some signs of wear from age and handling, see photos.  The mat has some spots as well, see photos.  It is a beautiful oil painting done by an artist of obvious talent and would make a nice accent to most decors.
