Inside package of all parts is still factory sealed, although the box is in sad shape, many years of shelf wear.  Also there is one small tear on the plastic sealed bag on the backside.

When built the wheels will turn, the front handlebar moves.  Easy to assemble, comes with instructions.  DOLLS NOT INCLUDED.
