RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. HOWEVER, if the item is NEW, we will not accept a return if the item has been opened or used. All other items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  In most cases Buyer will also be responsible for the actual outbound shipping expense of the item (even if the item was listed as free shipping).  If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact me prior to bidding/purchase.

FEEDBACK

When you leave us feedback that is our indication that the transaction has been successfully completed. In the highly unlikely event you are unhappy with any transaction with us, we would appreciate it if you would contact us [via eBay] before leaving feedback. We would also appreciate it if you would contact us before leaving any rating less than 5 stars so that we may have the opportunity to remedy any issues you may have with our service.
